FLAT JESUS was created as a way to keep our members connected as we approach the travel season and Summer. Print out Flat Jesus, color him in, and take of picture of him wherever you go.
You’ll love taking FLAT JESUS out to dinner with you, to the beach, to hang with your grandchildren, and when you meet new friends all over town! It’s an amazing adventure.

How to create your very own Flat Jesus
1. Be creative! Decorate Flat Jesus. Think about what, if anything, his robe should say. What color and type of hair does your Flat Jesus have? What color skin tone? Any accessories?
2. Cut out your Flat Jesus so he can go anywhere with you.
3. Make one for yourself and one for a friend!
4. Place a reminder on the back of your Flat Jesus on how and where to upload pictures to his Facebook page. You can upload your Flat Jesus picture by…
a. Emailing Pastor Amy at [email protected]
b. Or by uploading your picture directly to the Bethlehem Lutheran Church Facebook page
c. Uploading your Flat Jesus pics on Instagram, tagging the church @bethlehemcf, or using the hashtag #blccfflatjesus
5. If you want your flat Jesus laminated, color him in, cut him out, and bring him to the church office and we will laminate him for you. This way if he attempts to walk on water or spills some wine, he’ll be protected!
6. Take your Flat Jesus everywhere with you and take lots of pictures and then share them with us. Who knows, there might even be a Flat Jesus slide show at the end of the summer if we get enough pictures!!!
7. Talk with family and friends about what you and Flat Jesus experienced.
